Shouhang Dunhuang 1st phase of 10MW molten salt CSP tower project

Relying on solid achievements of research and development results, Shouhang has invested and constructed the 10MW molten salt tower CSP project, which has been successfully connected to the grid and generated power in December 2016. The project has become the third globally and first in Asia that is capable to continuously generate power for 24 hours, injecting strong impetus into the development of Solar-thermal power generation industry.

Near to the 1^st phase of 10MW plant, Shouhang is developing its 2^nd phase of 100MW molten salt power tower CSP project, which is also among the 1^st batch of China national 20 CSP demonstration projects. As the first molten salt tower plant starting construction, the project was officially announced construction in November 2016 and is expected to operational in August 2018.

During the upcoming CSP Focus China Tour on Nov 5-14, the delegation will pay a visit to Shouhang Beijing office and fly to Dunhuang, west China, to have a close eye on the operational 1st phase of 10MW CSP plant, and the 2nd phase of 100MW CSP plant under construction. Apart from developing its own CSP projects, Shouhang is active in joining several other CSP projects as EPC and solution provider both in China and abroad. Delingha 50MW parabolic trough project developed by CGN Solar Energy Development Co.,Ltd is the earliest startup project among the first batch demonstration projects, through the international bidding and overall advantages appraisal, Shouhang won the mirror field EPC contract of the project.

Shouhang conducted the solar-thermal power generation business since 2010, it has built solar-thermal center of power generation research and design, system integration, manufacturing successively in Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, and has established full industrial chain layout from research and design, core equipment manufacturing, and power plant EPC to post-operational maintenance.
