Morocco Noor II Project was Combined to the Grid Successfully
2018.01.11 From: SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Corporation
On January 10th, 2018, Morocco Noor II project synchronization was accomplished successfully at 16:52 pm. Unit operating indicators was normal, which was marking the biggest capacity solar trough power plant at present in the world and the company's first 200MW trough solar thermal power station synchronization goal was realized smoothly.
After steam turbine running successfully on January 9st， Noor II project all
the staffs work hard, earnestly implement safeguard measures, cooperated with
other units, under the witness of the owners ACWA, MASEN, ONEE of Morocco Power
Grid, the Noor II project synchronization was successfully achieved with grid
load of 10MW.
